Getting Baptized

We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead, through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life!"                                             Romans 6:4

Baptism is a picture of a Christ-followers death, burial & resurrection with Jesus Christ.  It has been practiced since the very beginning of the church. Jesus Himself was baptized and commanded others to also be baptized. It is a decisive moment of committment to Jesus Christ, where you give public expression to your personal faith in Him as your Lord & Savior.  This is a very important step!

At Bethel, we believe that one must be of an age where they can make a concious and purposeful decision to become baptized and therefore, we do not Baptize infants or small children. Instead, we have "Child Dedications." Click Here to Learn More About Child Dedications or to register a child for our next dedication.

If you would like to get Baptized @ Bethel, please fill out this form - or pick up an application at the Information Center. The next Baptisms will take place during all four services on June 11th & 12th.
